To measure humidity
Indoor humidity corresponds to the ambient relative humidity of the air.
You can get a hygrometer, a device measuring relative humidity, at your hardware store or building materials supplier. Relative humidity should not exceed 45% in winter. During an intense cold period, we recommend reducing relative humidity to 30% or less to avoid condensation on your windows.
